Returning faulty or damaged products

Here at Peruse Fair Trade we try our very best to be the very best. Please inspect your delivery and report any faulty or damaged goods as soon as you can.

If you receive a damaged parcel or a defective product, please contact us within 10 working days of when we dispatched the order. You will receive a replacement product or full refund (including the cost of returning them to us). Please contact caroline@perusefairtrade.co.uk with your order reference, contact details and details of what is wrong with the product.

Please do not return any products without contacting us first. Should you need to return an item to us because it is faulty, please post it back to us. Don’t forget to include your name and address and a note telling us why you are returning the goods.

We will contact you and organize a replacement or a refund within 10 working days.
